Heuchera 'Green Spice'

This plant has marvelous foliage of green leaves decorated with heavy silvering and accented with rust red veins. It’s tall spikes of flowers are insignificant, but what a plant! This is a great landscape plant.

June-July.

Size:
Flowering height 70 cm/ 28”. Spreads 40 cm/ 16”, foliage height 20 cm/ 10”.

Location:
Shade to part sun or filtered light. Great for landscaping. Lift and replant every two years in late summer/ autumn with crown just above soil.

Culture:
Requires moist well-drained soil mix low in peat. pH: 6.0-7.0
Nutritional Needs: Moderate to light fertility.
Dormancy is not required for growth. Vernalization of 12 weeks is required for optimum flowering.  Dry moderately between waterings.
Finish time to 9 cm/ 4”: 4-6 weeks. USDA Hardiness zones: 4-9.
