Plant tissue-culture is micro propagation of plants under sterile conditions. In horticulture this way of propagating plants is getting more and more important.
Plants can be propagated in a short time and therefore be marketed quicker. Plants can be made free from diseases and are produced in uniform quality, therefore perfectly suitable for starting material.
Gootjes-AllPlant BV has laboratory space available for initiations and research. Initiations of sometimes unique plants take place in The Netherlands to have easy communication between breeder and laboratory and work on the plants at the right moment. |

Plant tissue-culture is still very labour intensive, therefore after initiation the virus and bacteria indexed stock is send to our foreign large scale production laboratories for further propagation.
Finally the plants are shipped after the last quality check, from our location in Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands, to our customers or to our weaning facility for further cultivation.
